Unlimited staff, no per-seat fees

One system instead of six subscriptions.

CRM, projects, booking, online store, invoicing, and automations, built on my own platform and shaped to how you already work.

Start from a working platform, not a blank page.

Everything below is running in production today. Your build configures and extends it, so most of the cost goes to what makes your business different.

Customers and contacts

Every customer in one place, with notes, mail, and history. Syncs to your phone and mail app.

Projects and jobs

Boards, stages, who is on it, and when it is due. Proven past a thousand tasks on one board.

Quotes, invoices, payments

Payment links, instalment plans, subscriptions, and QuickBooks. Stripe, Square, PayPal, Braintree.

Booking and online store

Appointments, reservations with deposits, products, subscription boxes, and in-person sales on the same stock.

Automations

Describe the rule in plain English: renewal letters, follow-ups, a project created the moment a sale is paid.

Client portal and AI assistant

Customers log in to see their orders and documents. Staff ask questions and make changes by talking to ChatGPT or Claude.

Also built: newsletters and SMS, intake forms with approvals, review requests, referral tracking, monthly KPI dashboards, roles and departments, 39 languages.

Case study

A consulting firm with five service lines, one database.

An Ontario consulting firm ran its business across Asana, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, spreadsheets, and a shared inbox. Each department kept its own version of the customer.

They quoted a large off-the-shelf ERP first. What they needed was narrower and more particular: a grants pipeline with over a thousand live tasks, safety training records, client properties on a map, and a way for five departments to see one customer.

Phase one is live on my platform: CRM with departments and lead routing, their Asana projects imported as they were, Microsoft 365 mail sync. QuickBooks and the client portal follow, each phase priced before it starts, and they own the custom modules outright.

Priced in phases, built in the open.

  • Discovery. I sit with each department and write down what they actually do. That becomes the spec and firms up every price.
  • Phase one. The foundation: contacts, pipeline, projects. Your team is using it within weeks, not after launch day.
  • Following phases. Integrations, portals, reporting, whatever discovery ranked next. Each priced before it starts.
  • Run and improve. Hosted and monitored by me, with a monthly plan that covers support and updates.

Your data, your modules, no lock-in.

  • 01Unlimited staff accounts. The price does not climb with headcount.
  • 02You own the custom modules built for you, with full source delivered.
  • 03Your data exports any time. Contacts sync to your phones over standard protocols.
  • 04Direct access to the developer who built it. No account manager between us.
